David Pott

I’m based in Horwich (near Bolton). I paint a lot: mainly landscapes, seascapes and people’s portraits. I’ve kept various blogs since 2001 but recently I decided to bring all my various different blogs into one place - this blog. I’ve promised to tidy up my older posts someday.

I blog mainly on painting (how to paint, what I paint, why I paint) but also on where I live (the Rivington area of Horwich, near Bolton). I’m also very interested in history and science, so from time to time I blog on those topics as well.
